花洒要不要这么埋汰？设施旧没关系，起码衞生得有吧，花洒都青苔发绿了。这个价位外面经济酒店都比这个好太多了。这灰尘多的都没擦的痕迹，烧水壶也都是一层灰。办理入住前台也没告知早餐厅在哪，还是自己问了才告知。楼道间味道也难闻散发着脚臭味。隔壁房间凌晨三四点在门外叽里呱啦，感觉门没关一样隔音很差。这是本人所有平台给的第一个差评，不会再来！

除了水强劲其它没有好的地方。硬件方面很差（老，破，旧）可以理解，毕竟价格摆在这里。管理方面也这么差就对不起这个4钻了。入住时抽纸竟然只剩没几张了，衞生间的抽纸一张也没有，让服务员送来，竟然就丢桌子上不装进抽纸盒里麪去。双标房竟然只有一套洗浴用品。去前台借雨伞竟然还要按金100，好像大家都借了不还似的，太神奇的一家酒店。不建议入住，还不如快捷酒店呢。

This is a wonderful heritage hotel, well maintained, room are very clean, Chinese restaurant served excellent HangZhou dishes, buffet breakfast brightened your day.
House keeping staff and Reception staffs Mr Li Tao and Cheng Jia Hao are very caring, helping, informative and provide very professional services.
Easy to move around with Metro Line 1 and buses to all popular attractions.
I arrived at 10.30 am, very nice of them to check me in within 2 minutes and upgraded me to 18 floor.
Will recommend Trip Hotels to friends and everyone who is looking for safe and reliable service, thank you for your extra excellent service.

Checking in took to long but the staff where very friendly. How ever I wasn’t happy because found eyelash remains in the bath tub and hair on the sink. But the breakfast was good and it is in a convenient area.

It is in residential area. Very affordable, breakfast included. Room service good. Friendly staff and good customer care. Nice warm shower. Calm environment, no disturbing noise. Mostly older people stay there. Only thing need to fix is the sound of aircon; it was quite loud to sleep while it's on. Overall, great value for money.
