Short but good stay. The room was comfortable and the view from my room was very beautiful. The reception staff helped me to arrange a nice room. Next time I’ll probably stay longer at this hotel.

给五分因为长者非常满意整体环境，虽然有些地方有瑕疵，但也瑕不掩瑜。
酒店位置滨江，毗邻城市阳台，环境豪华而不失优雅，空气中浓浓的桂花香沁人心脾，钱江新城地区真是宜居的好地方，比西湖湖滨地区又多了一分惬意，所以这次选择万豪、放弃湖滨诸酒店是明智之举。
入住的房间不是江景房有点遗憾，另外房间下水有点慢。

出差必选泳池不错健身环境也挺好的房间很大可以看江景前台办理入住也很快服务也好地理位置靠近万象城出行非常方便房间非常乾净唯一不足的就是马桶不是自动感应还是感应更加好了其他设施也还可以每次出差都来这住下次还来总体非长好好隔音也还可以方面早餐非常方便停车也方便在杭州市中心早餐非常丰富棒

这家酒店必须差评：
1、打车到酒店，説办入住，被路口的保安指挥到地下停车场，没找到入口，又开上来，最后我背着行李，步行走到酒店大堂。
2、办理入住的大哥全程无眼神交流，本想投诉保安的，人家都没抬眼看我
3、入住后发现床单有头发丝
4、洗水盆还堵了
5、酒店电梯的大哥还不错，要不是他及时告诉我怎么走，根本找不到酒店电梯在哪，迷宫一样的设计。
真是悲催的一晚

主打看中他家的江景房，直麪大莲花超级清晰，位置距离地铁站稍微有些远，不过骑个车也还行，楼下就是金秋黄色最浓的剧院路，旁边有来福士和万象城，距离东站也不远，房间不算很大，但两个人足够了，总体上性价比不错，下次来还会选择！

杭州钱江万豪从保安到前台、客房、餐厅等服务都非常好、贴心热情，环境优美、位置上佳，江景房视野惊艳。仅洗漱间和进门穿衣镜旁插座老化，已报前台，但完全不影响入住体验。强烈推荐。
