连续住了两个晚上，前台很热情帮忙免费升级了房间。房间很大，床也很宽，带娃入住很舒服。酒店位置也很不错，楼下就是宝龙吃饭很方便，离钱塘江边也很近，江景看着很舒服。

The hotel lobby was located at the 5th floor of Powerlong shopping mall. There are many restaurants and shops like Uniqlo, Muji.... in the mall. If you are looking for street food, you can find them just behind the mall. No worries of getting hungry staying in this hotel.
There isn't much variation for breakfast, it is just nice for me and I enjoyed the food very much.
Room is spacious and staff is friendly.
I will stay in this hotel next time when I visit Hangzhou again.

I have been staying here long time. The rooms are getting warned out more and more without any cleaning nor upgrades. Showers are pretty dirty now. Location is best for me as right downstairs there is a shopping mall and many many food options since it is a student’s hangout. ?Lots of young people.

为了办事方便，选了就近的宝龙艺珺，晚上挺安静的，这点对我很重要，本来想住江边的，但是想想出行没有宝龙方便，晚上有种闹中取静的感觉，而且前台小哥哥、小姐姐都很nice.

性价比很高的一次入住！客房衞生达标，无异味，设施完好。酒店的需求响应速度值得夸，凌晨一点想借个充电器，前台很快就送上来了，态度还特别好。位置也方便，出门就是地铁站，逛吃都省心。值得推荐给大家，会回购！
