这次入住体验非常满意。酒店服务周到细致，前台工作人员态度热情，办理入住和退房都很高效，有问题也能及时帮忙解决，让人感觉很贴心。
酒店整体环境乾净整洁，大堂和公共区域布置得很舒适，房间安静，休息体验很好。
在设施方面，房间配套齐全，床品乾净舒适，空调、热水等设备运行正常，使用起来很方便，整体维护得不错。
综合来看，这家酒店在服务、环境和设施方面都表现良好，性价比高，满意度很高。下次有机会还会选择入住，也会推荐给朋友。

环境：因为要考试 所以安排的比较安静的房间 很nice
服务：前台的小哥哥小姐姐服务态度超级好 祝新的一年工作顺利 万事如意

Hotel’s breakfast food was very delicious. ???? I was impressed by the intelligence robot’s service, which has politely and promptly delivered an item to my room.
However, I was surprised there was a duration of 2-hours electrical power outage on my first day of check-in. Furthermore, I felt very warm and stuffy within the room as the front desk explained that the cold air conditioner was not working due to winter season coming. Additionally, I was disappointed that the front desk did not have the availability of a portable fan for me to use within the room.
Moreover, I would prefer to have the ironing device and foldable ironing board to make available within the hotel room. It was not a pleasant experience for me to iron my clothes in the Laundry Room.
