酒店在江边，依山傍河景色特别好，楼下停车场位置充足。第二天朋友身体不舒服，楼下管早餐的阿姨除了细心帮忙准备早饭还送了我们酸奶。真的特别贴心。屋里还有空调。这在青海的酒店里不太常见了。

前台服务实在是不专业，押金400元，给开的票上写200元，你怎么不写600呢？？？孩子1.2米以上早餐收38元，我的小孩才1.3米，居然没有半价？？？退房时前台忘记收孩子的早餐费打电话追要，你说我该不该给你们呢？？？服务跟不上，要钱到是跟的上，你们是不是该为自己的不专业买单呢？？？虽然你们有各种失误，但早餐费我还是给你们了，要想和星级酒店看齐，不光是硬件上的好坏，服务也必须要到位！！！在兰州我入住的希尔顿中级酒店，问孩子早餐怎么收费，人家说孩子吃不了太多的，再赠送一张早餐卷就好了！看看人家酒店再看看你们，我没有要求孩子免费，但也差不多吧！！！无论哪个方面你们都离星级酒店太远了！
