酒店根本没有豪华大床房的房型，入住以后发现是普通大床房，价格却贵了100，后来给升了级，懒得拎行李换房，所以之后都住的套房。前台服务很一般，入住和退房都是一个比较胖的女孩，在明知道没有豪华大床房的情况下，还是给我办理了入住，住进去发现是普通房型，找到她，她推到了经理解决。退房开发票很慢很慢，催了她一次，她说专票就是慢。一直出差，经常开专票，从没遇到过比她更慢的，不从自身找原因，业务不熟练。
