The whole room is equipped with Xiaodu smart control, which is convenient and time-saving. To turn the air conditioning or curtains on and off, you just need to call Xiaodu. Food delivery is brought up by a robot, so there’s no need to go out. The toilet is very smart and very clean, and overall, the stay experience was excellent.

住宿环境很好，去西湖很近，房间很舒服，1.35米的床两个人睡很合适，还有麻将桌可以打麻将，晚上走累正适合打麻将。

这家酒店整体体验不错！地理位置优越，交通便利，周边餐饮购物选择多。房间乾净整洁，床品舒适，隔音效果较好。前台服务热情，办理入住高效。早餐种类丰富，口味尚可。不足之处是房间略小，WiFi偶尔不稳定，但性价比很高。适合商务出行或短期旅游，下次还会考虑入住！

来到酒店服务很热情周到，离西湖挺近的，西湖还可以游船，房间很大环境很好，还有早餐也不错，离的最近的鼓楼也方便打卡，交通也很便利。

酒店在侯潮门地铁口附近，走路一会就到了，门口还有个公交站，交通挺方便的，而且酒店服务人员也很热情细心，逛西湖磨伤了脚还贴心地给我送了碘伏和创可贴。强烈推荐！

没仔细看不小心订了一个无窗的房间，然后前台小姐姐给免费升级了豪华大床房，房间采光很好??，而且交通挺便利的，服务很细心周到

Overall the hotel was really nice and clean, and the location is just great, it's very quiet around and yet it's very close to the lake, if that's what you're coming for.
The staff were all very polite and helpful.
But a huge inconvenience was the absence of real towels, instead we had one-use thin "eco-friendly" towels. They're not really towels though
