续住了两天，入住的时候因为有宴席的原因，走廊有点吵。当然，除开这点小小的不足外，这家酒店是很好的。尽职尽责的服务人员，走廊弥漫的淡淡香水味，房间里的衞生间也一直有淡淡的香水味，这些都让人心情很好。大床很舒服，免费水也可以随便喝，不够还能拿。早餐很棒，不过我建议可以加个炒蛋，粉档加个麪。中秋节晚上，还收到了酒店送来的冰皮月饼，很好吃。总之，下次来杭州看演唱会，如果还在大莲花，还会选这里的。

早餐种类丰富，中西结合，味道不错，客人体验较佳。部分客人对酒店餐厅的菜品和餐饮环境表示满意。
酒店大堂装修典雅大气，整体环境乾净整洁，衞生细节把控到位。高层房间视野开阔，可欣赏夜景。
