第一次入住这家酒店 真的超预期 酒店的西湖藕粉特别细腻好吃 还有小点心也是特别精致 所有的东西特别精致 前台梦珂的服务态度很好 很用心 介绍了很多好吃的本帮菜 真的服务特别满意的一次入住体验！酒店的早餐特别好吃 麪包种类很多 可选择性很多 以后来杭州还要再来。

地段还方便的，较为中心，边上都是酒店。本酒店缺乏大堂，自驾车或打车的车没法到酒店门口，而是在马路上，停车不方便，显得不够大气。早餐种类也较为一般。整体感觉不够希尔顿。
