酒店本身很好，房间布局合理。但房间居然没有客户用的插座，要充电就得在电视柜上把开水壶把掉，才能有一个插座能使用。床头就甭想了。进宁夏后对订房服务不满意:不能在订房时输入自己的要求，比如要求有窗户，有免费停车等。还有，该酒店门口服务员让我们把车停到后院。第二天走时才知道后院收费，门口不收费。网络和现场服务很不到位。另外，下水道不畅通，洗澡水很难下。
