如果出行需要住在这个区域还是非常推荐这家酒店。对面就是万达，停车什么也很方便。设施很新，也没有任何的味道。最主要是房间很大，床品也很舒服，房间隔音也不错，住着很安静。早餐不算丰富，但也足够。酒店前台我觉得亲和力不够，而且也不会主动打招呼。办完入住，也没有任何的引导，比如上楼的电梯在哪什么的。

服务：前台小姐姐服务热情，免费给升级了房型。
环境：老牌五星酒店了，装修和设施设备没话説了。体验感非常好！
设施：窗帘是电动的，加上各个场景智能模块，使用起来比较方便。

房间环境非常好，够大够新，服务态度很好，出去回来晚了还给延迟退房，地理位置也中心，大堂环境很大气，杭州第一次住这个酒店，品牌酒店就是不一样的感觉，下次还会继续

酒店前台服务非常好，有礼貌，而且有问必答，我还没有到酒店前亦帮忙收快递，房间整洁，乾净舒适，清洁阿姨很给力打扫，电梯口发出阵阵的香味，离开前，前台小姐姐知道我是旅客，?还特意送了小礼物给我????????！
我下次来杭州游玩，也会选择这间性价比很高的酒店，亦会推荐给其他朋友??

New hotel so relatively great! One big drawback is the room lighting control where you do not have dimmer lighting available. Very bad room lighting control design. Moreover no laundry bag available is a pity too.
