小单人间很精致，开门就是床，但是也乾乾净净。但是！！7点！！！7点居然保洁在我房间门口开会？？？！！！你敢信？？！！什么操作！！生生被吵醒了！！！都听出起床气了！反反覆覆过来拿工具的声音，讲话声，走动声！！疯了要！！ 怕吵的避雷！

非常值得推荐的一家酒店，我是和朋友出来旅游的的，地理位置优越，离地铁站近和公交车站近，旁边还有瑞幸咖啡，蚂蚁Z空间和珀莱雅总部就在旁边，离景区也很近，前台小姐姐服务真的很热情，还给我我们指引路线和门票，房间里面衞生乾净整洁温馨宽敞明亮，睡的很安稳，早餐丰盛，样式比较多，还有现煮的混沌，后面是山景视野开阔，有山有树空气非常好，旁边整体体验感非常棒、入住体验非常好，真的是一个非常值得推荐的酒店，下次有机会来杭州旅游还选择这家酒店.

Best hotel close to West Lake!
The bed was comfortable, the room was clean & spacious！Amenities were all complete. It's close to city center and has mountain view as advertised. Will stay here again if I go back to Hangzhou.
Most important thing is they accept foreigners ??

环境不错，很安静，很干净，服务态度也很好，总台免费升级了房型，餐厅有各种类型，早餐很丰富，还有快餐，好吃实惠，出行也很方便，停车还免费，总体非常满意，以后会经常来住

感觉不错，房间比较新，干净整洁，很温馨，前台给升级了房型，前台小姑娘还帮忙预约了第二天上午去西湖的车子，还耐心的介绍了我要去的几个景点。晚餐在他们酒店三楼餐厅点的菜，味道不错价格也不贵。早餐有现烧的馄饨、水饺、汤面这种，工作人员也很热情，晚上很安静，我这个睡眠不好的人竟然睡的很香，走时前台热心的提醒我带好口罩。下次还会来的。

非常满意，酒店在园区内，房间干净整洁，设施齐全，服务很贴心，还免费帮我们升级，非常棒[强]，晚上睡觉安静 舒适。环境很美，后面是山，对面是蚂蚁金服，入住当天漫天飞雪犹如仙境，下次还会再来！
