酒店比较新的，整体还是不错的，设施齐全，我的早餐是前台送的，感谢前台小姐姐，早餐也比较丰富可口，个人觉得早餐的牛肉麪很不错，果汁也很好喝哦！！非要説不足之处的话，就是淋浴房太小，稍稍有点挤，但还是给了5星，毕竟工作人员都很辛苦和认真！

The amenities are great and the bedding was clean. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned properly after the previous guests. Hopefully this is something the hotel could work on for the future.

This is my preferred place to stay when I visit family. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are well equipped and clean. I needed to end my stay prematurely, and the hotel were very understanding. I will return again.

Really huge room , very clean with friendly workers. Lovely breakfast and very handy to have a fridge, comfy bed and pillows. Location next to a nice park and Metro within 15 minute walk next to a huge shopping area. Swimming pool was good and we were given complimentary free tickets to get in.?

Positives first - Big room and nice decor. With thediscounts on here a reasonable price. Nice upstairs garden. Shower and bathroom were nice and clean.
Negatives - firstly, no pool or gym in the hotel. You have to visit the nearby sports centre with a voucher. Then told by the receptionist that the pool still isn’t even open after Chinese New Year (over two weeks ago) pathetic! Only reason I booked this specific hotel was for a pool and gym.
Next, a new metro line is being built outside the hotel, this means 24hr construction work with Lorries, excavators and cranes working creating loads of noise through the night. I am just glad I was up in the 16th floor.
The description on here boasts about a hob and microwave to cook on. Yet neither worked or even had power. Not to mention there was nothing to cook on hob with if it did work.
The TV turned on but was stuck on some random screen and I couldn’t do anything to change this.
Only 2 green and 2 yellow teabags in the room. No sugar, no milk, no coffee.
I don’t normally leave such negative reviews and there are more points on the negative that I won’t write as a) I can’t be bothered to type anymore and b) because of the price I am willing to overlook some issues.
I won’t be returning!

The swimming pool and fitness room/gym isn’t even in the same building and has nothing to do with the hotel, they were closed the entire time we were there and even when open you would have to pay for them as they are public spaces. This is false advertising by the hotel. The rooms are okay but the staff aren’t helpful and they aren’t friendly either.

The hotel is really great also the staff as well. The room is really worth for the price the layout the bed everything really do make me satisfied booking this hotel!
