We stayed at Yibo Hotel for 9 days and it was a very pleasant stay. The suite was nice, clean and quite, and they always refilled our fridge with plenty of water (which was very appreciated, as it was very hot outside). The staff at reception was really helpful and friendly (they can speak English too), also breakfast was pretty good, with a discrete selection of Chinese and western food. Near the hotel there are two metro stations (the nearest one is at 500mt) and, if it’s not scorching hot outside, they can be reached with a nice walk. All in all this hotel was a very good choice, definitely recommended. V. from Italy

Stayed 3 nights here. Everything is new. family rooms are really ideal to stay with your kids.
Its a bit far from downtown, west lake, everything. So if you tourist who wants to discover Hangzhou, its not ideal.

The room was wonderful and very spacious. We were not too far from many activities, shopping centers, or restaurants. The only reason I did not give the service an excellent is because I requested an extra blanket, the room was upturned during my stay, and I did not get the extra tea bags I asked for. Overall the staff was friendly.

Stay at Yibo was a good experience. The front desk staff helped out very much and tried to language gap. When l couldn’t use the WiFi they assisted me in a calm manner and were very friendly

The hotel was clean and well maintained. It’s still a brand new hotel but it was very nice and well decorated. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty simple and had the necessary meal items.
