Fantastic location at the lake with a lot of green around. Unfortunately no lively bars or restaurants in the hotel for in the evening. Breakfast is great.

酒店环境超级好看，服务也很好，餐厅能直接看青山湖景，下楼就是青山湖步道，可以跑步骑行，垂钓，早餐品种丰富，临走还赠送了伴手礼，去周边景点也很方便，很适合家庭度假，值得推荐！下次还会再来！

酒店属于老牌五星，虽然进行了部分改造但是还是略显老旧。就胜在酒店地理位置好，离绿道近跑步骑行散步都很方便。隔音是非常差，躺在床上能听到隔壁的电视机声和走廊里的说话声，好多内部设施也存在问题不是插头没电就是开关灯不亮，平时应该多检查一下，最不满意的是马桶（太矮冲个水还要对着马桶）和淋浴房（水量是很大很急但是喷头很小固定器做的很矮），还有发现浴缸竟然是塑料的，还是第一次见。早餐品种单一，味道品质也一般。拍的套餐没有主动送上包含的券虽然也用不上。

位置很好，视野也不错，房间偏老派，早上的自助餐实在让人惊艳，很精致。但是晚餐的单点费用相对性价比不好，所以选择步行去吃农家乐。

酒店环境十分优美，被山湖绿植环绕，安静惬意。大堂气派，早餐丰富，离青山湖景区也很近。这次入住的中都套房面积足够大，设施齐备，窗外风景无限风光，站在阳台就一眼看到湖光山色美景。前台办理入住效率高，服务热情，给娃加床免费，针对客人有问必答，点个赞！美中不足的是地处略偏僻了点，快递买点吃的用的过来一般要一小时左右，还有就是桌球室里的器材老旧破损，建议换新，给客人更好的体验感。另外，房间足够大，再增加点新设备，例如咖啡机、数码音响、动感单车或按摩椅等，会更加吸引客户选择。

第二次来入住了，之前两年前，因为湖光山色风景优美又选择再次入住这里。酒店环境没得说，服务人员态度亲切友好，热情指引。和前台沟通还给我们额外免费赠送了一份早餐，还在可行范围内安排了较好的房间，值得点赞。因为上次过来没什么人很幽静，这次其他各大景点人满为患的五一假期青山湖却恰到好处，尤其是酒店周边几乎没什么人，空气格外清新，早晚散步十分惬意，风景如画。下次有机会再来这个宝藏度假地

5月黄金周后期自驾青山湖，入住中都青山湖畔大洒店，感觉超好！感恩酒店前台江小姐暖心为我们升级高楼层房间，让我们休息好！感恩酒店优美的内外环境，给我们的假期带来愉悦放松的体验！感恩酒店细致的服务并在我们离开时送了伴手礼，让此行增添了浓浓的温情！期待不久再次相遇青山湖畔，再续美好！

住两天，第一天A座、第二天B座。A座设施比较新，B座旧一些、酒店风景优美。自助早餐食品也是很丰盛，用餐环境舒适。周边的水上森林景致佳，临安是个值得光顾多次美丽的地方。

Overall good hotel, although it’s starting to show its age. The pool area and locker rooms needs to be updated so is the carpet. The room are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

We stay here quite often mainly because of the excellent location on Qingshanhu. The room standard (Superior) is good - spacious, comfortable, nice view (floor 5). However, it was disappointing that the dinner buffet was closed. The hotel Chinese restaurant was good. Bar service was poor.
