  从超预期这个角度，这家店无疑是要给高分的。 我们是自驾游西湖，因此有没有地铁不重要，这个价位比西湖旁边同等的少300以上。 服务不错 房间高度比一般酒店高，角落还有书籍 早餐只吃了米线，也不错的

  不怕踩雷的，就来住！ 不怕踩雷的，就来住！ 不怕踩雷的，就来住！ 图1长发; 图2脏污; 图3早饭不是猪肉芹菜馅; 图4早餐师傅不戴发帽; 图5早餐粥暴露在空气中; 图6早上6点多就有施工噪音，入住时没有告知; 图7电梯毯脏; 8，洗澡水，不怕感冒的，就去洗！ 9.入住时是高峯时段，前台只有一个人，中途接电话。。。我只能等，等，等。。。最后才知道是客人来谘询**的事，问了10分钟以上 10.酒店全程没有人与我联系/沟通以上9个问题！

  The hotel is good, but when we checked in in the room, room was dirty: The bathroom was dirty, the floors were dirty, and there were hair and pen marks on the bedding. There were also stains on some of the pillows. On the first day, almost all of the towels were torn. Next days situation with towels improved. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, super liked it! So, hotel has to improve cleanliness
