酒店坐落在山上，第一次进山需买票，30一人，70岁以上老人免票，后面进出就免票，不过出来到山脚下也没有什么好逛的去处，倒不如在山上酒店旁边有禅源寺和玉琳国师塔可以看看，还有留椿屋值得走一走。原来来过西天目，知道山上还有大树王，这次带着老人，行动不便就免了。山上晚上很凉爽，避暑确实不错。晚餐歪打正着找到一家一口天酒家，还曾经上过舌尖上的中国。菜烧的还可以，关键价格也实惠。酒店设施有点老旧，也就勉强3星的标准，不过在山上能有这样的酒店已经不错了，除了性价比不太高，其他都还可以。早餐第二天人少了就改成配餐了，不过感觉比第一天的自助还要好，呵呵。酒店的服务员态度都很好，还主动打电话问要不要订中餐和晚餐。
