非常棒的一次体验，住一次你就会爱上它的酒店。第一次来杭州，对比了几家酒店，最后选择了这家酒店，离地铁站非常近，刚开始心里还是忐忑，在我看来住宿才是旅游的重中之重，一进大厅我就知道这次选对了，大气上档次，奢华明亮，空气清新，前台非常好，礼貌，耐心，我是没早餐的，还给我加了早餐，谢谢这位前台小哥哥，早餐品种非常多，绝对能满足七天无理由的各种吃货哈哈，电梯走廊装修风格都是一种享受，打开房间更是前所未见的惊喜，全景落地大大大窗，视野太棒了，家俱的款式颜色都是那么让人爱不释手一眼万年，牀头柜，沙发，咖啡机柜子，包括杯子，床顶还有装修，就像是哪位大师的艺术品，房间空气清新的嘞，一点异味都没有，被褥布料真是太棒了，乾净整洁亲肤，床垫软硬度更是超极棒，一上床躺下你就舍不得下来，要不是要吃早餐我就睡到退房，只有躺过的人才懂，衞生间更是惊喜中的惊喜，是大间里麪包小间别有洞天，衞生间和浴室是分开的两间，中间隔着洗漱台，马桶是智能的，淋浴是全身的，毛巾没有一点异味用着非常放心，这里要点一万万个赞，我个人对衞生间要求很高，每个细节都做的非常好，感谢酒店给我一个这么不一样的体验。如果我再来杭州一定还住这里。

The location is good as it is next to shopping centres and metro station. I have requested to have non smoking room, but the first room we checked in was full of cigarette smell. We were changed to another room, the new room is much smaller, but they claim that it is the same type of room, we took it cause the room has no cigarette smell.
