小杨不错，推荐哈，位置地理位置环境可以，房间也舒舒服，床很大，面积也大，大家可以来住，光线采光都很明亮，性价比很高了

房间有一点味道，早餐7:30-9:30，但是我们8:50到楼下很多很多菜品都吃完了。也没有补充，餐厅显然人手不够。旁边有很多旅客跟服务员反应，也没有得到处理。很多亲子出游早餐都是八九点吃很正常。酒店没有处理好，希望重视。

设施：房间设施还算完善，但有风筒是坏的没有及时检查更换，房间被子太薄不算保暖。酒店有24小时洗衣房和乾衣机还有微波炉值得好评。
环境：酒店位于地铁一号线九和路附近，距离西湖和高铁站，机场等都可以一路直达，在一个科创园区内，环境比较静怡。房间的景观不错，但临近高架也会有点嘈杂。

酒店衞生条件非常差！看图吧，刚进去，根本没打扫过，地上都是头发，还有牙刷，根本不清理。房间里面也什么都没有，还要收200按金。避雷，体验非常非常差

酒店非常好，大堂有个书吧，我好喜欢，前台小哥哥服务专业，怎么出行，怎么坐飞机，都很耐心的告诉我，客房大姐也很热情，下次有机会还来。

非常棒，门口停车场，前台领电子停车票就可以。自主洗衣房不错，烘乾后有晾衣架，熨烫机。早餐很丰盛，粥，麪，饭，豆浆，牛奶，菜也很棒 。距离高铁站很近，地铁也很方便
