酒店地理位置非常棒，酒店门口就有去灵隐寺摆渡公交车，出行特别方便。酒店整体乾净整洁，房间宽敞明亮，入住体验很舒适。前台服务热情细致，办理入住效率高，还会主动介绍周边吃喝玩乐。房间的床睡得很舒服，隔音也很好，休息得很安心。早餐品种丰富，新鲜可口。整体性价比非常高，是来杭州非常推荐的一家酒店，下次还会继续选择！

打工人放风日，因为想去灵隐寺，所以选择了景区附近的酒店，前台小姐姐态度很好的，提前给我核对预订时我给讲了可能会到店比较早，这边小姐姐给我提前排了房间和帮我催客房打扫，上午到店后很开心能够顺利入住，早餐的种类也很丰富，出门游玩的开始从先吃一顿美味早餐开始～最让我满意的是酒店门口就有灵隐寺接驳车，2块钱直达～性价比是我感觉在这片非常OK的

Terrible!!! Extremely noisy!!!!
I was woken daily at 6am by the slamming of doors from the rooms on my floor and the floor above. The doors are big and heavy, and do not close without having to be slammed shut and the walls are paper thin.
I experienced this daily over my three day stay.
Every morning this went on for a few hours while most went to breakfast, returned to their rooms, and then left their rooms again.
Apart from having very little sleep and thus not enjoying my day, the place is great as is the breakfast.

When we arrived , they gave a dirty room, bathroom full of poop and on confronting them , they apologized and gave us a new room while yelling at the cleaning lady of not doing her job . The other room was small with no sunlight . Location is very far . Overall not worth it

We had a great stay at this hotel! It has a great location near a walking street and some other famous places. It was a nice and quiet night that made it relaxing to sleep.
The staff were friendly and accommodating!
The breakfast was average and it was okay to try it the first time but the second day, we ate outside. Note: It’s actually cheaper to buy the breakfast in person than on the Trip.com app. At first, I decided not to pay online and then found out the price when we arrived wasn’t much. ??

Excellent Room and service, staff is friendly. Location is a bit far from metro but you can ride a bicycle for rent to metro station easily. Breakfast is good but suggest to add more types of breads.
