酒店进门 前台服务员就感觉欠他几百万，冷冰冰拉着个脸，刹那以为自己住的是一百多的小宾馆。房间设施也就那样，马桶还是老式手动，房间隔音真的服了，居然能听到楼上管道下水声。体验感极差，不值这个价。

为了来杭州见老朋友才定的这个位置，虽然位置有点点奇怪，但好在停车方便。房间也很大，尤其除了沙发和圆桌之外还有一把扶手椅，这个真的非常商务，解决了大半的洽谈和办公难题。早餐虽然种类不是特别多，但用料扎实乾净，补餐也很快（另外一点点小建议：希望冰盒可以加一个冰铲+盘子或者冰夹+盘子，这样更加衞生也更能方便取冰块）

房间免费升级到商务大床房，面积还是很小，小冰箱有免费的饮料，衞生间有梳粧台女生肯定都喜欢，每天的早餐都有不同的菜品味道还不错，总之除了房间有点小其他都可以

酒店大楼高大醒目，很好找，地理位置好，酒店附近吃的东西蛮多的，房间蛮大的，也很乾净，机器人送餐，小朋友很喜欢。

这个酒店没有暖气，临平气温3度。半夜三点被冷醒。也没有暖气炉。盖了2层被子没用。今天感冒太严重，根本起不来床。误了开会。另外、酒店卧室角落有蜘蛛网。请看照片真的恶心

今年新开幕的酒店设计大器、乾净舒服，附近什么吃的都有、很方便，饭店服务很贴心、提供「暖心服务」需要的东西都可以提供，我用了老花眼镜、okay 蹦、卸妆棉、洗衣房里除了洗脱烘机器、还提供了洗衣精，真的很方便，随时都可以满足客人需求，很棒的酒店
