入住体验还可以 因为在钱江新城新开的酒店 看到酒店如此新颖，所以才定的这家酒店 退房的时候有延迟 前台很人性化的帮我申请的延迟时间，总的来説很不错有需要再来

Enjoyable stay. Connecting to WiFi needs a Chinese mobile number. Luckily the friendly staff helped to setup. The breakfast was good too. During my stay there was beef brisket on grill, tomato egg noodles. The gym was small but clean.

外部环境打五星，大堂是相当地气派，挑高的空间、明亮却不张扬的色彩搭配尽显张力，宛如置身某个艺术场景。但是房间的设施、布局与外部环境显然不搭调，只能説符合商务四星的定位。餐厅也很洋派，装修很高级；早餐想以西式为主，但功力上还是略显不足。

床品很舒服，就是隔音有点不太好，旁边有人在讲话都能听到，半夜还有些叫声！最满意的还是早餐，早餐虽然种类不是很多很大，但是很精致，特别是牛腩麪连吃了三天。地理位置也很方便，地铁很近，万象城和来福士都在附近，是很便利，服务也很好，大堂有茶喝，也帮我升级了江景房，下次我也还会再来住

作为一个去了30多个国家，?国内每个城市都走遍的出差达人来讲，酒店真是太棒了，?前台小杨非常值得表扬，服务态度让客户宾至如归 ，下次还来早餐很丰盛， 环境非常的好，江景房可以看到江，?????应该是我杭州住的前10家里麪的酒店，这家性价比是最高的，下次还带同事们过来

一般吧，不像五钻酒店，像那个民宿差不多，前台格局看着也很小气公寓改的酒店，一般酒店的话房间哪里还有电磁炉油烟机洗衣机哈哈哈哈。正经酒店房间哪会出现这些东西，早上保洁也巨吵那个对讲机声音开的鬼大的没完没了 ，加了微信让给好评离谱

从杭州东站打车10多分钟到了，去火车站时乘了地铁7号线就酒店旁马路对面，超级方便。大床房设施齐全，酒店式公寓，不过装修比较基础，其他平台定了一间双床的就是隔壁楼装修更好，感觉还是更喜欢双床房的设施装修风格。餐厅早餐品种不多，但也足够了，服务不错。

入住体验很好 很不错 大堂很大气，还有西餐厅也不错 早餐很丰富 Amy的前台服务很不错 离西湖也不太远，这里很安静 住到很满意，如果有机会下次再来，离地铁站也近走路五分钟就到了 高铁打车大概20 分钟吧
