第二次过来了，体验非常棒，这次和朋友一起出来的，朋友也觉得很满意，真的很推荐！！不管是前台的小姐姐们还是小哥哥们还是客房遇到的阿姨都特别热情，态度超级好，真的让人感觉非常专业，心情都能变好那种！都特别的关怀有佳，让人觉得很安心！下次过来这边肯定还是会选择这家的！

免费停车超级方便！前台服务又好前台小姐姐人美心善，办入住很快，房间舒适温馨，性价比很高很不错很不错。环境也很好啊干净，入住首选！酒店服务非常好，很热情，服务态度特别棒，卫生很干净，整体很不错啊。干净宽敞明亮，设施方便，服务好的没话说，热情，效率高，基本有求必应，主要是房价实惠，停车还免费，住的很满意！！

设施：新酒店，看上去各项设施很新，细节到位，有马桶消毒湿巾，有小度智能音箱，电视机也很大，有自助洗衣机烘干机！
环境：环境舒适 配置齐全 交通便利，推开门就让人眼前一亮 心情也随之舒畅[耶]楼层高，视野很开阔。
服务：酒店前台服务热情，有问必答，还添加了微信，有什么问题都能及时给予解决，停车也非常的方便，早餐非常周到，风景也很好，酒店整体感觉很好，安静。杭州好多酒店都说杭州夜生活好丰富！

The hotel is good in overall. We stayed only 1 night and would come back again if we come to Hangzhou. The room was very clean. There are a few small convenience stores nearby with 1 fruit store. Services were good. Front desk can communicate in English.

Very clean hotel! Rooms are very nice. Not close from the city center, but close to the old canal if interested. Metro station about 10 minutes away.
