入住的时候我的手机不小心落在了车上，多亏了值班的工作人员又帮忙打电话又帮忙联系客服的，那着急的程度感觉就像是自己的家人丢东西了一样，因为司机不愿意开车送回来，前台的小伙子竟然主动骑自行车帮我拿回来！真的太感谢酒店的员工了。真的有种回到家的感觉，这次真的刷新了我对亚朵的认识，未来也一定会继续选择的。房间也是很不错的，干净隔音。整体都非常的不错。以后就是我的首选了！

进门就很热情的招呼，前台小椰子和以歆服务很好，有免费停车场，入住之后就来电话询问对房间的满意度，房间卫生干净，里面还有提供免费的饮料和饼干，住过很多酒店，亚朵的枕头是最舒服的，睡眠都变好了，很推荐！

芋元服务好 ，办理入住有奉茶，有免费的洗衣房可以使用，交通方便，离地铁很近。
离奥体大、小莲花场馆距离也很合适，看完演出可以悠哉的听着现场录音骑车返回酒店，完全不用担心交通拥堵或者打车困难。
超级好评，下次来杭州看演出还会住这里！

The service staff were polite and considerate in providing warm water and tea while waiting. Also very helpful as we had some issues with the app payment and helped us with booking a taxi
