第一次安排了7层的房间，没想到电视机是打不开的。前台小姐姐马上换了6层的房间，让机器人把门卡送到了房间，服务专业且效率高。6层的房间很满意，没有异味，房间浴室花洒略显老化，整体很乾净，好评！

价格不算便宜，智能马桶，但是晚上一直有下水道还是中央空调流水声，有点吵。离高铁站挺近的，但是晚上能听见飞机声。睡觉质量一般。

这里近靠杭州南站和地铁5号线，交通便利，前台接待、客房服务员、餐厅服务员态度好，早餐和全季酒店共用，很丰盛。床上用品零压床垫和护颈枕，睡得很舒服。因为儿子工作在这里，我住在这里去看他很方便，以后还会经常来这里住。?

国庆假期除了一晚住乌镇，其他几天都住这里，性价比高，交通方便，房间很大，乾净衞生，出门就是杭州南站，还有地铁站。开始是因为要在车站附近找一家酒店接送家人，没想到去绍兴可以直接地铁到达，离机场也很近，打车去乌镇和盐官也不远。如果只想在杭州周边游玩，这里绝对是性价王，推荐入驻。
