酒店位于观澜湖，出乎意料的好，风格太钟爱了。酒店服务也超级好，周边有高尔夫球场，观澜湖新城，温泉，泰迪熊博物馆，娱乐活动还是蛮丰富的。酒店20楼顶层的空中酒吧推荐，是看日落的好地方。由于酒店坐落在观澜湖，离市区比较远，想买水果出行不方便，工作人员主动帮忙买，很感动，好评。原谅我没有问工作人员的姓名，总之很满意的一次入住。

这是最美好的一次酒店体验，硬件不用说，关键是每个服务人员将服务细节做得非常贴心到位，从check in 开始到20楼的pub的美好景色和服务截止到我离开酒店，每一个环节都真的让人感觉到宾至如归。下次再来海口，RIZ绝对是最重要的理由
