海口喜来登酒店装修风格很有特色、周围环境很好，温泉不错，早上可以去海边跑步！如果度假是不错选择，下次度假会考虑入住。

出差多年，从来没有住过那么差的酒店。我在下午三点入住了，开了房间以后，就感觉空调不制冷，但要出外办事，就跟前台说了问题，叫他们看一下。到了晚上回来，空调还是不制冷，房间的空调调到18度还是没有凉感，关门里面起码有26度以上，叫维修人员过来，他们说没办法，空调老化，是不制冷，找了经理过来，客房经理说可以换房间，但看了两个房间都是不制冷，既然你的空调设备老化了，就全酒店的房间都不会凉快到那里。我们说，我现在不要什么海景不海景的房间，只要你给我一间凉快点的房间给我休息就可以，我明天还要工作，那客房经理也没办法，叫我们直接退房。我说我在艺龙网订的，他说我可以网上退就可以啦。搞到我在网上退了房间，下前台退房的时候，他们又说退房不退钱，能有这样的道理吗？是你的房间令我不能入住，问题是出自你自己，我又没有住，干嘛不可以退钱，在跟他们酒店的人在前台理论的期间，前台接到不下十个电话投诉空调不制冷，考虑到已经是晚上十二点，明天还要工作，就再也没有跟他们这班人理论，干脆押金也没有退，拖着大包小包的行李直接走人，到隔壁的香格里拉酒店入住了。现在只能投诉到工商等政府部门和媒体，让行政部门跟酒店才可以，这是黑店
