  酒店设施齐全，因为同行订了四间房 有些房间卫生不到位，其中有同团团友反映其中一间房枕头发现四个都有臭味，其中一个是恶臭，像没有洗澡的味道，酒店卫生应该多加留意。 此外，因为订了两间高级大床房，有另一位团友房内没有浴缸，打给前台问高级房是否有浴缸？前台反映所有高级房都没有添置浴缸。所以再trip 平台再次询问trip 平台客服能充分解决问题。但遗憾的是酒店服务员却是欺瞒客人，这个是预料之外。 总括而言，酒店设施达到要求。 但相信酒店管理及教育应该多加提高，不论是在卫生层面，还是服务人员的操守。

  check in 后因赶住外出，没有多大留意房间设备，吃晚饭后回来坐在床上，竟然发现一阵 垃圾的臭味，最后发现源头竟然是床上的四个枕头，四个枕头都有一阵没有冲凉严重头油的臭味，即好肯定不知多久没有更换枕头套，这样的基本卫生亦都做不到，如何称为星级酒店，拿了一个有臭味的枕头到你们前台，你们的员工一嗅之下亦都面积一变， 但一句不好意思也没有，其后再更换的三个枕头里有两个都同样有一样的臭味，卫生及服务都做到这个差，真知道你们是怎样培训员工的，一定不会再考虑入住你们这样招待客户的酒店 ！！

  朋友推荐的，当地唯一一家五星级酒店。确实够气派，房间够大且景观很好，浴室乾湿分离带浴缸，整体乾净整洁，非常满意
