1.预定的商务标间，入住的是什么标间，我至今搞不清。卫生保洁的说是普通标间，前台也说是普通标间，联系同程后，前台又说，她是新来的，搞不清状况，给我住的就是商务标间。2.第二天晚上回来，发现没有提供浴帽，跟前台索要，答复，“明早送”。3.退房那天，跟前台说过，两点退房，结果1点25分保洁拼命敲门，催退房。把我家睡午觉的娃生生吵醒。我在同程预订过很多次住宿，这是最差的一家。设施差，服务更差。

房间小，卫生差。服务更差。需要续住一晚，服务员要求退房到其它酒店入住，原因房间紧张。住酒店几十年，第一次遇上这么奇葩的酒店。
