酒店的服务是我这10多年差旅生涯中碰见最差的，没有之一，让酒店前台安排一下打扫房间卫生（续住），反复说了三遍，下午回酒店后还是如下图，到前台咨询，前台说已安排给服务员了，让我找服务员，服务员说早班不是她负责，退房时委婉的提了一下服务有点差，前台来了句"你怎么不去住那300多元一晚上的酒店"把我气笑了！

设施太旧了，坏的都不修，枕芯和被褥都黑乎乎的，不忍多看。楼下KTV，声音震耳，无法入睡，太闹心了！
