酒店服务员总是随意进来 敲了一下门还没来得及反应就直接刷房卡进来了 我们还在换衣服 非常尴尬 下午三四点已经入住了跟我们说打扫房间 第二天早上十点多又一次随意刷卡进来 还好吸取教训锁了门链 当时还在睡觉 真的入住体验太差了！！打电话给前台反应也只是说跟经理反应一下 没想到再一次发生此事 五星级酒店服务也如此不完善

贵州自由行，一行14人在凯悦订了住两晚。服务很好，服务员专门留了纸条给我们少了热水。游泳池有水下音乐，旅行运动两不误。我们没有订酒店早餐、但是酒店附近有很多餐馆和早餐店，牛滋味酸汤牛、老凯里酸汤鱼、牛羊肉粉很赞，走过去很方便。酒店附近还有一家土特产店也很不错，我们买了很多辣椒酱、酸汤。
