第一次入住凯悦集团的酒店，非常满意。位置好，紧邻5000亩的观山湖公园，环境好。出酒店右转下坡步行五分钟可到餐饮一条街，到十点都能吃到东西。服务好，从前台到客房服务员都亲切友好，点了客房送餐，超过了三十分钟，不停道歉还送了免费的大果篮。五楼嘉宾轩酒廊有最好的风景，边喝酒边看落日，美不胜收。

偶遇东盟会议 戒备森严 不踏实 不自在 酒店没用工作人员引导自由旅行住店的客人 辛苦自己把行李从停车场又提上大堂安检😲😲酒店应该提前电话通知准备入住客人 实际情况。让我们一团10几个人。进酒店 都傻啦啦准备安检上飞机节奏
