酒店非常好，环境和设施一流，民国文化和风格浓厚，喜欢这家酒店，美中不足的是，我住的房间的淋浴房底下向外渗水，水在马桶处聚集，当时想也不是什么大事，就没想酒店反映，我爱人过生日，酒店专门送来蛋糕庆贺，下次到桂林，一定还住这里吗并且向我的朋友们推荐；

价位太高！酒店历史悠久，自助餐厅外面靠两江四湖长廊环境不错，酒店院内环境不好、还有其他酒店，有点乱乱的感觉。

非常有特色的酒店,各项硬件设施都很好,工作人员的服务态度非常好。自助早餐种类很多，竟然有我最爱的虾饺，而且味道很好。唯一不足的就是空调，温度调到20度，开了一整晚室温还是25度，睡到半夜都觉得有点热。CHECK OUT的时候前台小姐送的手工曲奇很好吃啊！！以后再到桂林一定会再入住的。
