这家店服务和质量都一级棒，前台小姐姐Vicky很有礼貌，带我们参观了整个房间细心解释房间的设施，酒店入住时给了两碗银耳汤，入住后给了水果晚上还有宵夜，非常体贴。房间可以泡茶，床又大又舒服，床品舒适整洁，睡到2个闹钟都没醒差点赶不上团。 地理位置也很好，出门就是两岸双塔夜景，对面就是小吃街，下次入住还会选择这里！

酒店装饰是新中式，非常喜欢。房间小，而且没有风景，对于追求景色的不要考虑。
但是可以看出来，酒店是非常用心体贴的，比那些知名五星酒店更加周到，每层楼等电梯就有免费矿泉水，房间马桶有一次性医用酒精消毒棉片，欧舒丹的卫浴用品等等。
酒店的早餐也是美味以及卫生!

很好的酒店，很新，装修也是现在非常流行的风格，最主要的是服务超级体贴，晚上还有8点到11点 居然还有免费宵夜，卫浴科勒的，浴缸超级舒服。很好很好，老公说 下次带儿子来还会住这里

位置无敌好，门口就是双塔和杉湖，夜景尤其美，离码头非常近，附近吃饭的地方也多，其实不用出去，酒店的饭就很好吃，也不贵，最棒的就是服务，每个人都热情洋溢的打招呼，非常亲切，还有零食饮料咖啡水果免费夜宵，只有你想不到的，没有他们做不到的，爸妈对酒店的设施，服务都赞不绝口，满意到无法再满意，绝对是去桂林的不二之选，下次去绝对还住这里
