首先，到酒店之后好不容易上到七楼了，结果房卡刷不出来，又跑到一楼去刷房卡，累了一天的还让人跑上去跑下来的。其次，开门的一瞬间很失望，定的温馨浪漫圆床房，除了床是圆的，哪里浪漫了？先看看他发的这个图片跟我实际的图片吧。最后，住了一晚上也果断换房了

此次桂林之行，酒店服务态度极差。问总枱要个袋子，服务员连头都没抬，直接就抛来一句没有。根本就没听在问什么。

体验非常差。朋友来桂林玩为了方便所以住一家酒店。但是朋友的价格只有128元每间，而我们要188元每间，而且我们住的还是电梯口。隔音效果差，很吵，前台服务态度差，都晚上11点了停车场有空位也不让进，説是留给其他人的，让停到其他地方，不推荐大家住。

没给过差评，这个忍不了。先是结石犯了无法出行，携程沟通死活不退！后面安排家人出行了，最后一天不住提前回，也不退。照常付款，第一次碰到这么强势的酒店！！
