性价比比较高的酒店，新装修，设施都很新，服务人员态度也很好！不足之处就是卫生间小了点，隔音效果差了点，中餐厅的菜味道也很一般！

酒店是新装修的。硬件设施齐全。但软服务比较差。房间的瓶装水要加的话要收费。其他同级的酒店可不会这样。

这次五一出行，一共五大一小，综合各方面因素选择了桂林宾馆。事实也没有让我失望。1、酒店位置很好，门口就是榕湖，环境优美，适合散步。旁边就是西城路步行街，晚上可以去吃饭和闲逛。2、房间是新装修的，欧式风格，大床尺寸很大。3、客房服务不错，服务员很细心，主动服务意识强。4、说到改进的地方就是：早餐品种和花色有待进一步丰富。

酒店很不错，环境好，设施完善，客房整洁干净，位置也好出行方便，可步行到象山公园，服务态度很好，很热情，店里也有桂林出游计划，很好！视频在另外设备里就不传了。

酒店位于两江四湖的榕湖畔，总体位置不错，下楼即是湖边步行道。绕湖漫步、空气清新、湖水清澈、彩灯闪烁、湖光山色交相辉映。酒店设施新装修后很干净整洁、房间内欧式风格很精细。早餐也算丰富，不过比想象中的要差一点。门前的停车场大约可以放下几十辆车，总体应该可以满足住客需求。吃饭若有点时间的话，步行10分钟到解放西路有不少味道和评价较高的不少餐厅。推荐给大家。
