很好，房间宽敞乾净，去广州动物园与新海洋馆很方便，有停车场可以免费停车，可以寄存行李，服务人员朵朵是个热心肠，大厅有一个小憩的地方，有免费咖啡自助，自费的大堂茶吧，总体性价比比较高。

第一次自己带着个小孩去广州游玩，想着经平台订好房相信会较好，订房时已注明所需要求. 到达酒店时前台也说知我带小孩安排了高层有窗房，其他一句不提. ?结果是高层有窗房但房门口直接对电梯，第二天一大?早上除了听到脚步声，讲话声，更惊讶?的听到澎澎澎声音，出门去看才知道?隔壁居然是洗衣机房，我的要求呢？外出房门口注明请不要打扰，没有退房私人物品房间内是乱放的，但居然会入房做清洁，??这次经历对于一个?地方不熟的我，也只能是非常的无语及无奈?
