该酒店存在很多问题，比如宣传欺诈，网页广告说有早餐提供，不仅贵，当时另要加钱50元，而且还不是早餐，而是只给了我们一个15元的糕点券到旁边蛋糕店换，。还有该酒店环境卫生差，11月24号晚上我住酒店605房间 ，蚊子咬的我整晚几乎无法入睡，严重影响我的第二天工作和生活，在此提出投诉，并要求赔偿精神损失！
