很一般。説是房间升级，结果搞了个很小的窗。要求换回原房型，结果説，因为我备注了安静啥啥啥，所以才升级，现在没房换回去了。然后説问一下上班怎么处理，结果一直不回覆。就是等着我去追问怎么办，很没有服务意识，就是住宿遇到问题了我催着人家帮处理，人家完全是随意的那种状态
