这次出游选了这家酒店还是很满意，有很多小动物小朋友很开心，黑天鹅鸭子兔子孔雀，大厅还有小鸟，走的时候逃掉一只飞很高不知怎么捉回来。湖景房一早醒来看看小动物出来没有很方便，景色也好！这次正逢家人生日，客户主任江小姐特地送来蛋糕非常感谢！！

酒店设施非常棒，酒店服务也非常好，给升级了湖景大床房，自助餐厅餐饮选择丰富，服务时间也比较长，非常方便。酒店入住办理和退房都非常专业和高效。下次过来这边还会选择入住。好评！

常州香格里拉大酒店的宾客关系主任李梓昂从入住前就跟我打了电话确定了行程和房间要求，给我们提前排好了房间，特意排在一起，非常的贴心，到了酒店时很热情的接待，连房卡也是提前准备好的，真的很周到，之后特意联系我询问我的入住体验，并说会反馈上去，很专业，总之，这个酒店是真的蛮好的，前厅部的服务人员态度都很好，下次来还是会首选！
