这次入住广州瑰丽酒店的体验很舒适。天气晴好，高空房间的视野开阔，城市景观尽收眼底，感觉很放松。入住前宾客关系部的Julie就主动联系，帮助协调安排。酒店服务团队态度亲切专业，早餐出品可口丰富。也感谢Joplin、Winston以及送餐部的Amanda，他们的周到服务为这次住宿增添了许多暖意。整体而言还不错。

本次入住体验十分愉悦，酒店整体环境雅致舒适，95楼大堂更是气派非凡，将城市风光与空间质感完美融合。特别感谢Zilia提前通过微信细致沟通需求，也感谢Vera、Ian、Frankie三位工作人员的贴心服务，专业周到的态度让人倍感温暖。此次入住十分满意，期待下次再度光临。

The nicest hotel I’ve been to so far with Signiel Seoul being 2nd. Very pleasant and relaxing trip, slept great in their thread counted sheets and bathroom facilities. Best view in Guangzhou from being really high up there.
Didn’t have time to try the restaurant, maybe next time.
Staff was very accommodating from all the questions I kept asking via phone.
The extra bed I got which is only available for premiere room and up was a lot more comfortable than another hotel I was at.

Superb room and amenities, good to excellent service, especially with luggage handling. Service at restaurant can be better.
Food at breakfast is excellent, late check out is offered till 13:30 even during peak season.
Thanks to Sylvia at checkin for a free upgrade to a larger room with lake view, and for introducing the hotel and even walking us to the lift.

一个人带两娃来过周末，大堂在95楼，前台和走廊区域服务都很不错，尤其是礼宾部，朋友先行抵达在楼上办入住，我带着老二开到酒店门口，礼宾部小帅哥直接帮我把行李拿进去了，我都没下车，然后朋友一家正好可以下楼上车出去午茶，特别方便，效率高效。听説侧看广州塔的窗户比较小，再加上晚上会去107层喝酒，所以就要了大窗的IFC这边，欣赏了日落??。和朋友一家3人入住的瑰丽公寓套房比，公寓那边景色更好，而且因为房间大，可以看全景。不过公寓早餐和酒店早餐不在一个楼层，公寓客人可以另付费用吃酒店早餐。酒店早餐非常精致，但是我要吐槽一下当天的服务员，我们拿完东西，过了好一会儿，她才把菜单拿给我们选班迪蛋，华夫饼，而且是先给后来的客人选，再给我们选，因为一个人带着两个娃，一开始也忘了这茬儿，以至于小朋友都吃饱了，菜单选的都吃不下了，这是唯一住酒店期间不满意的点。早餐服务员脸冷冷的，不热情，服务本来给满分的，这位身上扣一分。早餐除了粉面还有水饺，小朋友很喜欢，我是觉得她家的粉和粥特别好吃，也许是前一晚喝的有点多了??。游泳池人少，有三个区域，服务都很热情，小朋友玩得很开心～ 入住的时候，楼层阿姨特别暖心，特地主动多拿来浴巾和浴袍、拖鞋、牙刷，其他酒店都是要自己打电话去要的，她还问我有没有其他需要，赞一个。等娃们晚上睡觉了，和闺蜜夫妻俩在107楼听听歌，喝喝小酒聊聊天真的很难得，为了这个难得的喝酒机会订瑰丽和带娃的不二选择??～
