服务不够完善，酒店的位置非常好，就是希望可以看到小蛮腰。但是从预订开始，APP根本就没有给客人提特殊要求的空间。到达前台以后，刚张口说话：“请问有没有...”，就已经被前台人员堵住了：“只有看江的。”你能不能和我解释一下，这个房型是只有看江的，还是看小蛮腰的已经客满了，还是要加钱升级才可以。服务太差了！！！不是简单说句对不起就完事的，以后再也不推荐e龙，再也不推荐华美达！

入住的时候跟前台说想要看江的房间，结果由于前面有团体入住，只剩五楼的了，但入住后发现已经可以很好的看到广州塔，还是很不错的。酒店比较老了，不巧下水伐居然失灵，娃娃期待的泡澡也只好取消。希望能有所改进。
