感觉设施过于成旧，20年代初期的设计风格，中式风格，但多出木制有裂缝。马桶和洗手池，特别是沐浴处设施过旧，好在水还挺大！离五羊邨地铁口B出站口，有2公里以前的距离。要走15分钟左右！

位置很棒，离周边景点比如陈家祠、沙面、大教堂、省博、中山大学等都近，正对小蛮腰，视角一流，住了两晚，由于下午，能见度较低，效果不是很好，记住:最好住靠桥这边的房间，效果更好！
