住了这么多次酒店，没这么乌龙过，首先，位置还是挺好找的，这个5分。环境也不错，很干净，也给5分。办理入住也挺顺利，前台也挺好，点赞！唯一也是致命的，半夜11点准备睡觉，突然有人拿房卡开我们房间的门，小孩睡着也被吵醒，开门的三个人，还说是前台给他们开的就是这个房。结果，前台说搞错了！无法表达当时多生气😠
