第一次来广州，抱着试住的态度来到华夏宾馆，一到前台严东洁服务态度很好，耐心地讲解宾馆的具体情况，笑容可掬，值得信赖，热情服务态度值得宾馆作为标准模式学习，因为他的态度很好，所以决定再续住了。非常不错的宾馆，想要下单的朋友可以不用犹豫了。

这酒店标四星，实质连两星宾馆也不如，大床是我睡过最烂的大床，整个晚上感觉在跳弹簧床，太失望了，前台实习生做事生硬，整个入住体验非常差，以后绝不会再入住！

唯一优点是地理位置好，但最近海珠广场在改造，出门到处是工地，在房间还能听到工地声音，晚上能听到楼下ktv的歌声。另外房间设施很老旧，浴室花洒竟然是固定的，浴缸马桶冰箱看上去都有点年代了。早餐在39楼，除了视野好点也没啥可取之处了，可吃的不多，连面档都没有，小孩还要另收50多块钱。就这样吧，以后也不会再来了
