酒店床上用品整洁，通风换气良好，有中央空调和挂壁机。设施简陋，矿泉水、泡面放在写字台上，收费。卫生间干净整洁，用品缺洗脸洗澡毛巾，有大浴巾和小方巾。房内、走廊地毯看上去陈旧不洁。酒店距火车站300米左右，出行及去云台山旅游交通方便，周边环境一般。前台和楼层服务态度中规中矩，既不过份热情也不冷落。可免费停车。

作为火车站门口的酒店来说，地段和价格都不错，环境有点陈旧，适合需要火车周转的人。唯一的不满是我晚上7.30的车，心想6点退房然后吃饭，我还刻意看了押金单，上面打印的有下午2点退房，6点前算半天。我5.50去退房，前台跟我说5点后算一天，瞬间心情不美丽了，我说单子上明明白白写着6点，她说我们规定的就是5点。然后我直接给艺龙电话，让艺龙解决的。
