房间设施陈旧，特别是既没有暖气，也没有空调，晚上冷，衞生间连个香皂、或洗手液也没有，刚入住想退房但时间太晚了，无奈。和周边类同价格宾馆比较，有上当的感觉，弄得心情非常糟糕。

衞生：到处都很乾净，无异味
环境：房间景观贼好，就在小北站入口，出行巨方便，还有自己的停车场，在广州简直算相当惊喜
服务：很热情很贴心，性价比拉满，估计家里人以后来省城都会选这里了

去哪儿都方便，从高铁站过来10多分钟打车过来，也可以坐地铁到小北站，去旁边的白马服装市场和北京路都是2公里左右。
