来广州随机订的酒店，但该酒店不管从位置还是服务都是太优秀了，我第一天入住因为带着孩子试着让酒店升级房间的心态，结果前台直接就给我们安排了1217高楼层升级，距离酒店不远处居然是广州比较出名的西华街夜市，本来第3天计划换酒店的，但该酒店吃住行都比较方便，所以果断在该酒店连续住了4天。出来旅游的话该酒店值得推荐入住

侯先生的服务态度非常满意，并且非常有礼貌，来办理入住的时候非常有耐心的给我们介绍酒店附近的一些基本情况，告诉我们吃完饭可以去酒店对面流花湖公园散步，酒店后面有一条叫做西华路的美食街，还给我们推荐了几家西华路老字号，全程没有踩一点坑，离店的时候还非常热心地里帮我们把行李搬上车，通过侯先生的服务可以充分体验到南下广州也有家的酒店宗旨，湖天很好，下次还来！！！

房间乾净整洁，服务人员态度很好，带娃去蓓蕾剧场比赛的，步行过去不算太远，走过天桥就行了。早餐自助满满广式风味，不错的。

本来是预订住两天的，后来小孩说这儿服务好不愿意走又续住了一天，服务阿姨姐姐们给小孩子送来桔子，老虎公仔，饼干，让小朋友开心不得了。值得再来！

第一次来住，感觉挺干净整洁的，特别感谢9楼的清洁阿姨和两位部长，她们工作很认真细心，很热情大方，帮了我们不少忙，给她们五星好评！之后还会常来。

还送了酸奶和水果 添置了晾衣架服务很贴心
