给外宾预订与付款15天的390元豪华间, 但实际给客人却是300的普通房,排队在外国客人前面的在酒店现订都只要300. 而且酒店与艺龙相互推诿,玩游戏好几天. 搞得外国客人每天投诉!丢脸丢到外国去了! 答应补差价与取消后面订单, 打了五六次投诉电话,客服一直说找专门负责此案的人15分钟内回电,从没回电! 其中有个女客服特差,强词夺理!玩弄文字游戏, 让我这种用了十几年艺龙的老会员彻底心凉!
