设施出乎意料的旧，灯的开关摁一下盖子掉下来的程度，能看得出来设备几乎没有维护。
服务完全没有，入住后打了前台三四次电话，一直无人接听。
整体感觉很差劲，对不起四五百一晚的价格。

酒店比较老吧，设施很陈旧，一开始进来，取电都不行，电话前台説什么卡太薄了，然后让人来加了张卡，这个问题一直知道不是可以解决吗，用具也很陈旧，本来远了安静的房间，早上5点半垃圾车收垃圾，声音太大了，直接吵醒了，不推荐

又一次入住又一次致谢：大堂辉煌大气，外环境少有的宽敞优美，可供悠闲散步赏景；房间布置优雅实用，卧具洁净舒适；甫入住12楼女主管即送来月饼逢中秋日再送来四盒；前台接待和12楼搞衞生阿姨笑容可掬认真负责；饮食方面酒店内外均为便；更有同层级酒店少有的室内停车场，车位充足乾净保安大叔时时走巡，使停车既安全又可避免入住几天的日晒雨淋。生生是好也么哥！
